2.	Where from Europe? Our supply network encompasses almost the entire Europe where gourmet taste is developed, France, Italy, England, Holland, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Greece etc., in order to benefit from the best seasons.
3.	Are they expensive? No. Quite on the contrary, because of saving in expensive premises & promotional costs and that we are directly importing, the array of goods we find our way to source and import from Europe are at extremely competitive prices.
4.	How do I know that I am getting a good deal? Some of the food items we carry are also sold at major markets of gourmet outlets in Hong Kong, You will be amazed that our prices are so much lower that theirs.
5.	What if I find goods I purchase faulty? As is with any well managed business in Hong Kong, any goods, if found faulty, are money-back guaranteed within 7 days of purchase.
6.	Is your company reputable and reliable? We have been in the food import business for over 20 years. As a successful and growth company, we would also like to branch out to meet your needs. That's why we have chosen to display our products at a convenient location and offer free delivery if you purchase exceeds $350 in value ($50 delivery charge if on Kowloon side).
